LIFESTYLE COUNSELING

 

We provide counseling to those seeking general help in lifestyle changes that may help meet their goals.  Nutritional counseling, activity planning, and general recommendations can be provided by the doctor or staff.

 

First visit (30 min): $100

Follow up visits (15 min): $50
